# Acceptable use

Updated October 26, 2026

Musical is for making music. Don't use it to:

- Upload or publish music you don't have the right to use, or pass off someone else's work as your own.
- Imitate a real person's voice or identity to deceive anyone.
- Make content that is illegal, or that harasses, threatens or exploits anyone.
- Get around plan limits, share an account, or resell access to Musical.
- Overload, attack, probe or copy the service, or collect data from it automatically.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To report misuse, write to [hello@musical.sh](mailto:hello@musical.sh).
